Bespoke Positive Energiser & Resilience activities for your events or group/team:

If you and your group require a warm up or positive energiser as part of your event, as a workshop leader, mc and comic performer, Anna offers an array of possibilities to match your requirements:

Resilience Skillset

  • ‘Resillyence’ practice skills

2 or 3 hours slots available.

2hr - This is a workshop which includes the main points of learning about resilience practice from Dr Chris Johnston by way of introduction.

Then in the 2nd half we use fun tools and techniques developed by Anna to demonstrate how we use being more childlike and have a light-hearted approach to become more resilient. It will incorporate us working our way up ‘the energy scale’. Starting how we find relief and calm then upping it towards thinking about what we love and feel joy about. Expect a practical, interactive, playful activity based approach! 

3hr - Add an additional hour to make it a half day workshop - choose from one of the the workshops listed below and add it to the experience.

  • PEP Talks

This is an interactive talk for your group which explores key aspects of Resilience and Re-Childing practice.

For a Happy Hormone Boost

  • Anna presents a comedy character & leads a game of Silly Sing Along Bingo

Help your group relax, have fun and join in some lighthearted game playing that most people feel they can join in. The twist is there is some sing along, audience participation and aims to raise positive energy whilst gently getting people to head out of their usual comfort zone.

  • Anna presents a comedy game show host to lead a Retro Games Show Mayhem Quiz session.

Help your group relax, have fun and join in some lighthearted game playing that most people feel they can join in. There is plenty of opportunity for team building and audience participation. This session aims to raise positive energy whilst gently getting people to head out of their usual comfort zone.

  • Laughter Workshops –

½ hr or 1hr time slot available.

Here is a quick way to feel energised and uplifted with a boost of happy hormones. This laughter workshop uses elements of laughter yoga, clowning, improv and group participation.  Anna will lead you in shared laughter games and general childlike silliness. Know to cure all known ills, for those who dare to play!

½ and 1 hour sessions include a warm up and cool down.

  • Energiser with sound, voice and singing –

½ hr or 1 hr time slots available.

Here is an opportunity to add a positive energy boost with this fun and simple entry into the world of sound as an energiser culminating in a spot of singing in rounds and parts. No previous experience of singing needed – non singers welcome, everyone can make a sound!

This will include a little warm up and cool down.

  • Energiser with sound and latin percussion–

½ hr or 1 hr time slots available.

This session offers a positive energy boost with light-hearted entry into the world of sound as an energiser culminating in a spot of latin percussion. No previous experience of percussion needed – non performers welcome, everyone can make a simple beat! Anna takes influences from Samba and Cuban rhythms to make a mini street band of our own! 

This will include a little warm up and cool down

  •  Energiser with movement and latin dance –

½ hr or 1 hr time slots available.

Here is a chance to create some good energy in the moment with this entry into the world of movement and dance as an energiser culminating in a few simple latin dance moves. No previous experience of dancing needed – non dancers welcome, everyone can swing, sway and stretch!

This will include a little warm up and cool down.

For Mindfulness & Relaxation

  • ‘Time amongst the flowers’ and/or ‘forest bathing’–

    1hr or 2hr time slot available.

    Here is an opportunity to experience the outdoors in nature with fresh eyes on this guided mindful exploration. Anna uses a series of mini solo quests to appreciate and immerse yourself in the surrounding beauty. Here is a chance to slow down, tune up your senses and have time for yourself. Then we finish by having an invitation to share any insights with the group at the end.

  • 5 Senses tune-up –

    ½ hr or 1hr time slots available.

    Gear up for a positive and expansive day with this exploration into your 5 senses through light-hearted and practical mindfulness activities. Going through each of the main 5 senses in turn, we will take a light-hearted tour of how you as an individual interact with the world.  

     

  • Art from nature –

    1hr time slot available.

     

    Anna will lead you to create a mandala or art piece made from found objects out in nature. This is a mindfulness practice to enable you to have time to focus, slow down, appreciate details shape, colour, form and texture. There will be an invitation to take photos and share the experience as the group at the end.     

     

  • Guided Visualisation –

    ½ hr time slots available.

    Anna offers a guided visualisation to slow down, be more restful, relieve stress, be in the moment and take time for yourself. This will initially start with inviting you to focus inwards on your breathing and on relieving any areas of tension via a body scan. Then as we go further, to be guided through one of several visualisations which invite you to evoke a peaceful, nurturing scene. 

  • Collage for positive affirmation.

    1 or 2 hour time slots available.

    In this workshop you will have the chance to create your very own inspirational and empowering collage to take home. Using words and pictures, found objects and drawing. It can be as simple or creative as you like! You don’t need to be an artist, just ok with cutting paper, using glue and sticking things!
